These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and jili9999.club ("jili9999," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jili9999 website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

Each user is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on jili9999. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering your jili9999 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
• Keep your username and password strictly confidential and not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify jili9999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

jili9999 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on jili9999 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The Platform supports the following approved payment methods for Filipino players:

• GCash and PayMaya / Maya e-wallets
• Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit cards issued by Philippine banks

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of identity verification. jili9999 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited. jili9999 reserves the right to reverse any transaction suspected of originating from a third-party source and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

jili9999 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Philippine holidays and events. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Each promotion is available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Circumventing this rule through the use of multiple accounts or VPNs constitutes bonus abuse.
• jili9999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as stated in the specific promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

All games available on jili9999 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

jili9999 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are fair, random, and independent of previous results. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers and are subject to real-time monitoring.

• Players must not use any software, tool, algorithm, or strategy designed to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion between players in any game, including poker or live table games, is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, jili9999 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Game outcomes recorded by the server at the time of disconnection shall be considered final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jili9999 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, cheating, or collusion in sports betting or live games.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jili9999 staff or other players through any communication channel.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jili9999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, jili9999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, internet outages, or force majeure events.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform, including game statistics, odds, or promotional materials.
• Losses arising from gambling activity, which is inherently a risk-based activity and which you undertake at your own risk.

In the event of any dispute between you and jili9999, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
